Delivery Policy

We provide free shipping Worldwide.

Orders made on our website are usually prepared and shipped within 48-72 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and Chinese holidays) of the order confirmation. As soon as the parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Please be aware that delays in shipping due to customs may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. 

The estimated delivery time period for United States is 12-20 days after your order leaves our warehouse. For the Canada is 15-30 days after your order leaves our warehouse. For the Europe is 15-40 days (depends the country) after your order leaves our warehouse For the Australia 13-25 days after your order leaves our warehouse. For the rest of the world it is very depends of the country you are ordering for.

Tracking your Parcel

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. To track your order, simply use our tracking tool to check the current status of your parcel.

Delivery Issues

Should you have any concerns regarding your package, please contact us at: support@delafer.net

  • Delay:  Extreme circumstances such as significant weather events can cause delivery to take up to 45 days for your package to be delivered. If you are concerned about your order being delayed and 45 business days is yet to pass, we recommend visiting your local post office and asking if they are holding a package for you.
  • Shipping: As a shipping method we are using Chinese Post and your national carrier to deliver your orders: De La Fer Jewelry is not responsible for any delays caused by post services
  • Damage: We take great care when packing all of our orders before they are shipped. However, should your order become damaged during delivery, please email us (support@delafer.net) within 3 days of receiving it and attach photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Mistakes: If an error has been made with your order- be it content, handling or other mistakes - please don't hesitate to let us know and we will do anything we can to correct the mistake.
  • Returned Packages: If your package has been sent back to us by the carrier for any reason (such as a wrong address or unclaimed status), we will message you to make arrangements for a new delivery.
